Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) policy

Must be UPS or FEDEX next day or overnight shipping.

If destination temp is below 45F or above 85F, the package will be marked hold for pickup at the shipping hub to qualify for LAG.

USPS does NOT fall under our LAG policy.

You must provide evidence of the deceased isopods or springtails within an hour of being delivered/picked up.
